One upload. Everything a lender will ask about.
Stop reading 40 pages of statements. Catch the stacked advance before the lender does, and tell your client on the first call whether the deal is worth placing.
Indicative lending range
A term loan range and a cash advance figure, with the maths shown line by line. Never a single number we can't explain.
Every existing facility
Each lender on the statements, what kind of finance it is, what it costs a month, and whether it is still running.
What lenders will query
Stacked advances, returned payments, days overdrawn, new borrowing, gambling, falling turnover. In plain English.
Lender-ready PDF
One clean page to attach to your submission. No client name on it unless you add one.
What the loan log picks up
Checked against 500+ UK lender names, plus any payee that looks like finance but isn't on our list yet.
* When you add the company number, we check Companies House for directors and shareholders and show money moving between them and the business.
How it works
Upload the statements
3 to 6 months of business bank statements, any UK bank, as PDFs. Up to 100 pages counts as one case.
Add the company, if you want
Leave it anonymous, or add the company number to check director and shareholder loans too. Your choice, every time.

- Anonymous by default. No company name or address on the report unless you add it.
- We never contact your client. Not by email, not by phone, not ever.

Questions brokers ask
Is this a credit decision?
No. It is an indicative range based on the statements, using common lender rules of thumb (debt cover of 1.25x to 1.5x, unsecured limits of 10% to 25% of turnover). Lenders apply their own criteria. It tells you whether the deal is worth placing and what they will ask about.
Which banks work?
Business statements from any UK bank: Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds, NatWest, Santander, Starling, Tide, Monzo, Revolut and the rest. PDFs or clear scans.
How do you spot the loans?
Every payment is checked against 500+ UK lender names and trading names, then labelled by what it looks like: daily sweeps read as a cash advance, steady monthly payments as a term loan, repeated drawdowns as revolving credit. Payees that look like finance but aren't on our list are shown too, so nothing is quietly missed.
What happens to my client's data?
Statements are stored securely, deleted after 7 days (or when you click delete), and never shared. The report only names the company if you add it. We never contact your client or pass anything to lenders.
Why add the company number?
It lets us look up the directors and shareholders on Companies House and separate their money from trading income and third-party loans. It's optional.
What counts as a case?
One upload for one business, up to 100 pages of statements. Bigger uploads count as one case per 100 pages. If we can't read the statements, you are not charged.
